In 2018, Ukonu Constantine Chikpebie founded the organization to address growing issues of social discrimination, poor access to healthcare, and misinformation in local communities.
We started with small initiatives such as organizing hygiene talks, distributing mosquito nets, and restocking first-aid kits, now we have evolved into structured educational programs, hospital support services, and rural outreach missions.
Today, CSF continues to grow as a beacon of compassion, inclusion, and truth, uniting students and young volunteers in the mission to build a healthier and more equitable society.
